ABOUT THE NATIONAL WOMEN’S HALL OF FAME
The National Women’s Hall of Fame is the nation’s first and oldest nonprofit organization and museum dedicated to honoring and celebrating the achievements of distinguished American women. In pursuit of its mission of “Showcasing great women…Inspiring all!,” the National Women’s Hall of Fame honors women of the past and present, relates the history of women’s struggles, prepares women of the future, and serves as the voice celebrating the value of women. Situated in Seneca Falls, NY, the birthplace of the American women’s rights movement, the Hall tells women’s stories by focusing on the leadership lessons from its Inductees throughout American history.

American Women for International Understanding (AWIU) promotes building international understanding through personal connection. Woman to women. Our method is that every member’s contribution is valuable in connecting us to the broader world — through the celebration and support of the International Women of Courage program, delegations to other countries, grants to small non-profit organizations, and the educational programs and mentorship that are the hallmark of our Passport to the Future program for young women and COIR, Career Opportunities in International Relations.
